In a not-too-distant world where congress has already taken over voting from the states, and the COVID passport is needed to do absolutely anything from traveling to ordering pizza, Republicans should push to make the passport required for voting. They don't even need to be a majority-- it's the kind of thing that's very tricky to defend if you're on the Left.

But, again, this is only if those two per-requisites are already met.
