I'm pretty sure this an accurate correlationial phenomenon. See liberals are out getting tested every time they cough or sneeze or see someone in the grocery store without a mask on. And of course we know big pharma and the medical community were pushing false positives as much as they could during the Trump presidency so the end result was a bunch of no testosterone having, viagra popping soy boys getting positive covid tests.
