Lumber prices have really gone through the roof. More than double pre-covid prices in a lot of cases. Metal is now seeing the same thing. Aluminum prices are up 30% in the last year and steel prices are not too far behind. Gas prices are way up. But no inflation, no sir.

The amount of homeowners bitching about the cost of a roof has increased at the same rate as material costs. Just sign the contract, BITCH!

Lol, exactly. By the time they finally come to reality and accept the price, the price went up again. And its only going to get worse. Supply chains are fucked and the consumer hasn't seen it yet.
