That it sells to companies like Ford and GM so they can meet the fleet MPH. Tesla also earns cash from rebates both federal and state. Welfare is a complex issue, people make mistakes and need help. Corporate welfare rewards the richest people with our tax dollars and debt. It is time we fight this war.
