Not of value. They appear to be the genital police.

To play the devil’s advocate, the SC gets petitioned by something like 700 cases per year and only ends up heading around 100. Meaning they don’t hear 85% of all cases appealed to them. When 700 cases petition them a year and they can only do 100ish, the majority of times you’re gonna be disappointed just by sheer statistical probability.

Only when it comes to freeing up a suprem court seat. Remember that tome justice scalia died so suddenly and unexpectedly in Texas? And how quickly the body was cremated. Now i dont want to start conspiracy theories, but i got questions.

The only job they have is to rule in favor or more state power and they have been doing a hell of a job lately.

Why would they? The day after trump won he said on sixty minutes that the Clintons were good people and he didn’t want to see anything bad happen to them.

Why would they? They might actually have to dispense some justice for once.
