Yep. Mostly people that were already very sick with underlying conditions. We live in a world of people dying. Not worth denying people their constitutional rights for.

Your logic is flawed. Your premise is stupid.

  1. the entire population hasn't caught Covid

  2. they have inflated the numbers over the course of 2020. They were caught doing this in Florida.

  3. To be scientific about the cost versus the gain, you would also have to take into account

  • suicides caused by the isolation, loss of income and possibly some other related factors.

  • people who died because of untreated/undetected cancer. Of which my uncle was one.

  • there is also hard to quantify effects of the lock downs such as crime, abuse within the home, children losing an entire year of education.

So, while your remark is pithy. It doesn't do a very good job of relating much critical thinking on your part.
