Sorry to continue this, but I've just finished watching today's coverage of the trial. Damn near every witness said that Officer Thao was either "threatening", "the ring leader", "aggressive", etc. This is really really odd, because why would that be what the prosecution (who did HORRIBLY today, by the way) want to focus on in a trial against the one white guy they're trying?
Also, every testimony about officer Thao's behavior (so far) describes behavior I would 100% expect from a police officer in ANY situation. I was given similar treatment at a horse race when I was in a mindset cough to think negotiating with an officer so I could pet his horse as we were exiting was on the table. He told me to fuck off & pushed me away. I feel bad about that. These people feel like they were slighted! It's unreal!
