The principle is: Each adult person has autonomy and control over, and is responsible for, their own body and well being; the State, and /or other groups or individuals have no authority.
Freedom is more important than safety. Why? Because "safety" has been used innuerably and consitentlt throughout history to control and oppress and harm people. Freedom in the form of God given riggts to spek freely, own and use weapons to defend yourself and family/community, and to assemble peacefully are the basics . . .
Afford all people dignity and assume the best is a standard mindset
