All these swing states that had voter frauds had many laws that were simply ignored. How is yet another layer of laws supposed to help?
One obvious change needs to be: All precincts report at once, at the end of the day. We can't let the corrupt precincts know how many ballots they need to forge. No early returns, no info at all coming out of GOP leaning precincts (the vast majority of them) until the corrupt urban precincts report. If the corrupt urban precincts don't report, then neither do all the others in the state.
