I was lamenting CRT on the job to a level headed non white person. They immediately told me about their most recent experience with racism in which no explicit racist act occurred - by their own admission! Later, I realized that systemic racism like the CRT in the workplace happens daily to whites and, I suppose, most whites don't even realize it. The next time some BS racist "experience" comes up I will be sure to chime in with mine, too.
