Could we just get a 'vaccination card' that isn't real?

There is no official office like the DMV that distributes these so if someone asks if you've been vaccinated all you gotta do is not lie. Just say "I have this card." No need to answer by saying Yes or No.

You feel good for not lying and they feel, uh whatever they feel when they think someone has been vaccinated. Everybody wins!
