I love my small town and my dear friends here, but I can buy a 3 bedroom house in NC ten minutes from the beach for $80,000 and my biggest concern is how much it will cost me to hire some guy to mow three acres of lawn

$80,000??? I gotta keep that in mind when it's time to look at residency programs. My wife likes warmer climates anyway.
