I would suggest using c/general for this until we have enough users to migrate to a c/food sub. I have spoken with u/perun about this and he would welcome it in that community until we're able to bring a dedicated community.
C/Christianity currently has about 3 or 4 threads on nutrition. Those could easily be morphed into how to cook healthy and lean and we could use the input!
