I hope my kid isn't that retarded. At 12 I was shooting rifles and learning to use power tools for woodworking. 12 is old enough to know choking yourself is bad. In 19 years we'll be feeling bad for 16 year Olds drinking power steering fluid because it has alcohols in it.
