Asian Americans in the beginning of the 21st century were the poorest ethnic group in New York City. Many immigrants were poor and were also looking for opportunities to succeed. The Asian immigrants, despite being poor. Worked hard and made their children to work hard also. This can be shown through the fact that Asians make up 60% percent of the students in New York’s 9 top high schools, while only being 13% percent of the population in the city. The Asians have sowed the rewards of their hard work, and their poverty rate has fallen by more than 4% in nyc, from 2012 to 2016. While the poverty rates of other ethnicities have fallen by less than 1%.

Never heard of this. Asians bust their asses and come from good families for the most part.
It’s only the Chinese kids in college towns who DO come from rich families that are annoying. But I guess that’s all rich kids that are annoying.
I've actually never heard of that stereotype.
Liberals always say Asian Americans come here as already rich people, to explain why there so successful here.
Really? Well that's pretty stupid of them. I mean sure some come rich, I suppose. The ones I've known are small business owners though, mostly.
Indians are successful here because they can't come unless they come from money.
The average Indian American that comes to the U.S does not earn more than the average black American. Indian Americans still have to work there butt of to get good jobs.
Also, I hope you realize that 40% of the Asian population in New York City are made up of Indians. These Indian Americans came here as poor immigrants, but have been working there butts off too become successful.
All the indians I know had dough when they got here. I work in IT and the indians I work with are great. They love to party. Not only do they have many holidays of their own, they celebrate ours too!
Well you probably don’t know many Indians.
