In 1939 11% of black children were born to unwed mothers, today it's 75%. I don't know if that is the only problem, but it's certainly a big problem. This is totally caused by the welfare system, which is what happens when you let feeling dictate public policy. Then you throw in the CIA pumping communities full of crack, locking up a large proportion of the men while getting the mothers strung out.

There is also credence in the "they are genetically inferior" argument. Make a list of 30 countries you'd move to if you had to...hell make it 50. Not one country from Africa is going to make that list. There's a reason it sucks there, and it ain't because of the US welfare system.
