Alright, well, I'm still not getting it and you can't fucking make me. And if you try, we'll start up the lawsuit machine. HIPPA, Civil Rights, Discrimination, Exemptions. Let's play this. If we really want to play. Let airlines put those in place. I dare them. They'll have lawsuits NEXT DAY. And the Government will really have to bail them out. Again. Because asking for medical information is a HIPPA violation and ALL US based companies MUST comply with this.

Regretably, a person voluntarily disclosing their medical record is not a HIPAA violation. I don't agree with vaccination passports in the slightest, but we need to find another legal footing than HIPAA.

It should have something more closely related to liability of the vaccine, it's entire uselessness and that it is not cleared for safety by the FDA per normal process. There is simply no medical rationale behind requiring an experimental vaccine that causes more harm than it possibly prevents.
