I don't agree with vaccination passports in the slightest, but we need to find another legal footing than HIPAA.
It should have something more closely related to liability of the vaccine, it's entire uselessness and that it is not cleared for safety by the FDA per normal process.
There is simply no medical rationale behind requiring an experimental vaccine that causes more harm than it possibly prevents.
