Dressing well, being polite, and liking individualism is apparently white supremacy, along with almost literally everything else. Mozart is racist, cars are racist, milk is racist, education is racist, smiling is SUPER racist.
It's not about the supremacy, it's about the culture. Lefties hate western culture, so they mask their own racism for white people by calling it "white supremacy".
I don't know who needed to hear this, but it just clicked for me all of a sudden: replace "white supremacy" with "white culture" and you lift the mask.
It may have started that way, but it certainly was reversed over time. In regards to the US specifically, our government likes to meddle and subvert all over the world, so I am under no illusions that we were doing anything noble in our opened access to China. In time the CCP figured out that they can buy our politicians, businesses, and institutions to enrich themselves/advance their agenda. China has a very patient and long view of history and the future. They only have to wait us out (and push us along) until our Democratic Republic collapses under the weight of it's debt and social discord. Undermining the US enables the rise of China. The greed and avarice of our "leaders" are our undoing.
I certainly see the parallels in our current social unrest to the other Marxist revolutions that have occurred in history. The question is, will we meekly accept being disarmed and eliminated, or actually fight back by whatever means necessary (and will we know it in time to do something about it). No one really has a concept of the difficulty/danger of life in the middle of a hot civil conflict (including me). We are soft and fat and complacent. The atrocities that occur are hard to comprehend. I think troubling times lay ahead.
Unfortunately China's fascist, totalitarian dictatorship is a huge advantage in this New Great Game. Like you said, they literally just have to wait out our collapse (if it comes to that) while they never risk going out of power.
We need to destabilize them right back. And all we have to do is spread truth to their people. It will be difficult because of the extreme asymmetry of the ideological subversion as it applies to open and closed societies (see Bezmenov), but I think that the future of Western civilization hinges on awakening the Chinese people to the horrors of the CCP.
