How many blacks don't already have a driver's license. Some ID associated with a credit card, or a welfare ID for a EBT card, or even a Social Security number, or for that matter a criminal record with mug shots, finger prints, and DNA ? So what is the number of completely unidentifiable blacks that can't already provide an ID to vote ? Do the Democrats really believe that blacks are too stupid to get a valid ID ? Apparently that's what they are saying !
