Basically the Brits have determined through research that their white British aren't the dumbest, but are close, and therefore Britain is no longer systemically racist:

Because of the leftarded teachers.. they pay more attention to all groups non white.. they have teaching assistants for those who can't speak English. More funding goes to immigrant kids..
