Three of those cowards were put on there by Trump.

96
GoldenEarz 96 points ago +96 / -0

More puzzling: all three of them worked on the supreme ct case “Bush vs Gore” in 2000 that settled a recount dispute in Florida's 2000 presidential election and got Bush elected.

73
Friar_Pede 73 points ago +74 / -1

It's because Bush was a commie like the rest of them

36
AngelMark 36 points ago +37 / -1

Kiddie fucking commie

1
Mrsattorney 1 point ago +8 / -7

What evidence is there of this?

40
Imransgarage 40 points ago +40 / -0

His father literally announced in public he was ushering in a New World Order.

Speculation about the Bushes is and will always be fair game.

8
Mrsattorney 8 points ago +14 / -6

I was referring to the kiddie fucking part. To me, this is the left's equivalent of calling everyone on the right a racist. When everyone is a pedophile, no one is a pedophile.

17
Ghostof_PatrickHenry 17 points ago +17 / -0

Who gives a shit? When does the civil war to retake our country start?

5
Imransgarage 5 points ago +5 / -0

Right, they are like terms of endearment.

But the opposite.

Can you prove that he isn't?

Also lefty-logic...prove you're not racist.

2

And Big Daddy Bush helped whack JFK.

22
labajada 22 points ago +22 / -0

"evidence" - this word no longer has any meaning. Fuck the legal system, it's rigged.

4
Corona 4 points ago +4 / -0

In 2021, "Reeeeeeeee" is now evidence.

4
Mrsattorney 4 points ago +6 / -2

There's plenty of evidence that the Bushes are globalists. W single handedly rehabilitated Bill Clinton's reputation by always reaching out to him in a very public way. The Bushes, Clintons, and Obamas are a chummy club of elites. But I've never seen any serious evidence that the Bushes were involved with pedophilia. It cheapens our side to gratuitously refer to everyone on the left as a "kiddie fucker."

Had to do an image search, think it was DuckDuckGo.

Goggle started burying search results, now they just disappear them (not saying this link isn't in there somewhere). Orwell has arrived.

The Franklin Scandal by Rep John Van DeCamp.

1

Franklin scandal. Have you ever heard of a man named Lawrence E. King? Or an FBI man named Ted Gunderson?

11
StarsStripesandGrit 11 points ago +11 / -0

Technically the Bush's were nazi sympathizers. Still socialists.

2

Remember, it was reported from a staffer that they heard screaming from Roberts as Thomas and Alito were arguing with him and the other 'liberal' judges. When they cited Bush vs. Gore, Roberts said “I don’t give a…about that case, I don’t want to hear about it. At that time, we didn’t have riots."

Assuming it's accurate, this means, despite the case having precedent, Kavanaugh, Barret and Gorsauch were basically silent while Roberts lead the charge with the three liberal judges against Thomas and Alito.

The take is that Kavanaugh, Barret and Gorsauch are cowards, the liberals are corrupt, and Roberts is both coward and corrupt.

8
Tejas_Pepe 8 points ago +8 / -0

More puzzling: all three of them worked on the supreme ct case “Bush vs Gore” in 2000

More puzzling, just one month before the election they ruled that the US Constitution clearly says that only state legislatures can enact or alter election laws and the "covid pandemic" is no excuse to ignore the constitution. Gorsuch said that in the written opinion.

They knew if they took the Texas case, since that is what that case was about, they would have no choice but to rule in favor of Texas and therefore rendering millions of votes illegal.

8
Monz 8 points ago +8 / -0

Federal society. They are pro institution and authoritarian. Very anti populist. And Trump is very outside the system.

3
BigIronBigIron 3 points ago +3 / -0

Deck chairs on the Titanic...

4
icockmyglock 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's an indication of which power base they are truly loyal to. The Bushes are globalist. Remember, Bush Sr. talked about the NWO - New World Order. They have no loyalties, originally being Democrat and then switching to Republican and later in life sending US troops to save his Kuwaiti business partner's asses from Saddam Hussein, a man the CIA created. No unironically Bush was also head of the CIA.

it's the threat of court packing

I blame state legislators for not blocking certification in 6 states

25
Ched 25 points ago +25 / -0

Doesn't matter. They shouldnt capitulate to terrorists.

1
smart_bitcoin 1 point ago +1 / -0

court packing is a point of no return

16
SirJiub 16 points ago +16 / -0

So they felt they were doing more justice by potentially thwarting the stacking of the Supreme Court? But I think the unfortunate reality is that the courts will get stacked anyway...

6
SurfingUSA 6 points ago +8 / -2

mmmmmm I think it's MUCH more.

They have been told they will be Harrison Deal'd if they don't fall into line.

2
FuckGovernment 2 points ago +2 / -0

What was the explanation for that crash?

It looked like a bomb blew up.

Normally cars just have dents and broken glass. These cars look like they were blown up on a back road in Iraq.

2
SurfingUSA 2 points ago +3 / -1

Official explanation: "just a car crash" Unofficial: Drone or bomb or something, per those who heard it a half-mile away

6
MasklessMarvel 6 points ago +6 / -0

when the state's that got fucked and filed the suit that SCOTUS refused to hear, they should have withdrawn their vote count and refused to send electors until the bullshit was cleaned up

All the states have to vote before the election can be certified

2

Some great picks by the Republicans. Trumps Carribean baby buyer and strong Catholic will turn out to be a disaster as a pick. Thanks Mitch. The beer pong pick also a shit pick.

32
voter129472974 32 points ago +32 / -0

barrett is a Catholic in name only. Plenty of us thought a woman is a terrible idea from the beginning, but it's hard to be heard over the screeching autists

I was rooting for Kavanaugh over the bullshit metooooo "investigations," but ultimately he proved why most chad frat guys are losers too. They get too caught up in the whores and degeneracy.

8
StarsStripesandGrit 8 points ago +8 / -0

Fact.

5
Nadlers_Diaper 5 points ago +5 / -0

It is amazing how many on the right screeched about needing a woman to replace Ginsburg, rather than taking the chance to flip that seat to an originalist. Those women GOPe senators that wouldn't vote for anyone but a woman (Collins, Murkowski, Romney) have caused nothing but problems.

4
FuckGovernment 4 points ago +4 / -0

I always hated beer pong.

I didn't need to throw ping pong balls into cups to chug beer.

I also hated the skanks that hung out at those kind of parties.

3

maga_mama_757 39 points ago +39 / -0

"Only four justices are needed for a case to come before them, and a question about presidential election laws was not important enough for the Court to hear it? Very doubtful. Just does not pass the constitutional smell test."

It just doesn't. This is a "duh" statement, but something just isn't right and it goes beyond only Roberts being possibly compromised.

29
carl_spangler 29 points ago +29 / -0

They appear to be cowards or crooks or compromised.

I'll take door #3 please. Hell the 3 letter agencies spied on President Trump during his presidency. The CIA\FBI have dirt on every judge, politician and grifter occupying DC. I think John Brennan is the BlackmailMeister of the Swamp.

3
FuckGovernment 3 points ago +3 / -0

John Brennan. I hope satan has a special reservation for that asshole in hell. Make him his personal toilet seat.

27
TLDC 27 points ago +27 / -0

All of the above except Thomas and Alito.

22
JuicyfearsMAGA 22 points ago +24 / -2

Neil gorsauch has made one or two questionable decisions but has been mostly reliable and strict in his Constitutional interpretation. Kavenough seems to spin a bottle and decide based in where it lands. Amy seems to be a globalist and following whatever Roberts tells her.

10
Imransgarage 10 points ago +10 / -0

Whoever posted that Roberts might be the single most damaging person to this country over the past decade was on to something.

8
minotaurbeach 8 points ago +8 / -0

Amy made me suspicious. Two adapted kids from a place with heavy child trafficking. I am sure they are fine, but who did she go through to adapt them?

Ted Cruz would have been the better choice.

2
JuicyfearsMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

The based Cuban American from Florida would have been better as well. I didn't think acb was awful but I have to admit I was terribly wrong

0
JackLemon 0 points ago +1 / -1

Wrong. Gorsucks has made some really terrible anti-constitutional rulings. He tends to follow Roberts more than Thomas.

9
FuckGovernment 9 points ago +9 / -0

Justice Clarence Thomas is the greatest SC Justice of my lifetime.

4
JackLemon 4 points ago +5 / -1

By far and it's not even close. He has never let us down.

5
Spermythecat 5 points ago +5 / -0

And Justice Scalia

17
FlyinHeadlock 17 points ago +17 / -0

SC has no ability to enforce law. Right now they have no support even if they did hear the case and determine laws were broken. Similar to Hillary. Comey said nobody was going to prosecute her and he was correct. Trump fired him but even the next guy would not enforce the law...meh. Have to have the physical ability and motivation to enforce the law.

5
MasklessMarvel 5 points ago +5 / -0

They cannot enforce the law but their decisions set precedents which determine how courts at all levels will interpret the law

3
FlyinHeadlock 3 points ago +3 / -0

They don't care what the SC says because there is nobody to do anything about it who cares. Who is going to go into PA and audit ballots. DOJ? FBI? These are the police of the DNC. They aren't doing jack shit. SC is worthless unless it's something like plastic gay people on a cake that grosses someone out and they refuse to make it.

11
PodunkTexas 11 points ago +11 / -0

I believe that China has something on a lot of our elected officials and even the Supreme Court. When you have agents like 'Fang Fang Bang Bang' and others being assigned to politicians with loose morals, then you can get good blackmail material to use on them later. Maybe that is why people like Pence suddenly flip at a crucial moment.

7
MasklessMarvel 7 points ago +8 / -1

the question is: how did all of this get by Trump?

3
RabidZoo 3 points ago +3 / -0

There are claims out there that Pence is a gay pedophile. I'm not sure I doubt it at this point.

7
FORMERCHILDSTAR 7 points ago +7 / -0

Inexcusable. Their abandonment of the most basic primary function of their constitutional role has created a wound in our democratic republic that will probably fester for generations and may indeed prove fatal.

7
ramennov 7 points ago +7 / -0

Scalia was assassinated. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the Deep State were threatening their families.

6
MasklessMarvel 6 points ago +6 / -0

The Constitution says word for word that state election laws can only be changed by the legislature

When Cruz et al filed the suit against states that allowed judges to make the changes, SCOTUS refused to hear it

They were more worried about tarnishing their legacies and not being blamed for starting a civil war

It might also have been them kissing Biden's ass so he would not pack the court and reduce their individual power

So I am going with cowards

Besides, the dumbasscrats would not have fought so hard against them if they were crooked or compromised

4

Blackmailed, threatened and bribed. I bet they are refusing because they also don't want the demonicrats to pack the court the second they start taking election fraud cases.

Since the SC won't listen, they must approach the military court. Corruption runs deep in this country, even the SC is compromised.

4
y_do_i_need_to_hide 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's proof that we should have come armed on the 6th rather than chanting, and that we should have taken the building. I didn't feel that way on the 6th, I was having a great time. I still thought the Supreme Court might have some relevance.

3
Truglow 3 points ago +3 / -0

They are spineless but the states didn’t enforce their own election laws. Why is that?$$$$$$$

2
MasklessMarvel 2 points ago +2 / -0

because they were ignorant of the Constitution and let the judges dictate to them

3
Kholland65 3 points ago +3 / -0

The article seems to think it’s the least likely but now I now thinking bribes might be a big part of this. It’s would be very plausible and quite easy for a few million to be funneled to these people in return for their willingness to cooperate and dismiss cases. With Roberts he’s probably just being blackmailed because everyone knows he’s a pedo.

3
Wcvarn 3 points ago +5 / -2

Trump will have to pack the court in 2024. No more evaluating academic achievement for positions, only check for MAGA loyalty. A law degree can always be obtained from a diploma house latter.
