That is bullshit, they are just repeating hearsay. From what I have understood, if your immune system produces antibodies from either a vaccine or having it yourself, in that case, it will not be transmitted. Of course, there are exceptions (vaccine don't always take and some people don't maintain antibodies for a long time) but that is few and far between and we have never cared about that before.
