Basically: 3 weeks ago, the League of Human Rights filed a case stating that the Covid measures taken end October and extended until April were forced by executive action and bypassed the normal Parliament approval system.

The government was basing the action on a 2007 "precedent" that followed an emergency evacuation following an industrial accident.

The bullshit was so obvious that the Court had no choice but reaching the foregone conclusion. The government, unsurprisingly, immediately appealed the decision.

What remains to be seen: will the head of state be shameless enough to ignore and repeal the decision (same story as in the NL a month ago) or will the measure actually be lifted in a month's time. I won't hold my breath, but it's satisfying to see there are still non-corrupt judges at work.
