I don't think anyone is really looking up to the USA anymore, seriously, I know for a fact that there has been a real reckoning and waking up all over Europe with regard to the USA. Some of that has long existed, much of it was amplified by Bush, accelerated to some degree by Obama, amped up by Trump, and now the "pandemic" is really starting to expose the stress points.
