Bring back the death penalty. Deterrence works.

Some people argue that the death penalty is not a deterrent[1] but I garan-damn-tee you one thing: It cuts the perpetrator's recidivism to zero.

[1] I disagree with that but wouldn't give a flip if they're right because "recidivism"
