I watched the entire police video on Steven Crowded the other day & I couldn't understand why he stayed on his neck so long. So many things went wrong that day. When you're the cop, you need to control the situation, not the other way around. They should've just put him in the back of the car and then it would've been a completely different outcome. He may have still overdosed though.
