I doubt I am unique in this feeling I have.

I love the land of the United States.

I love the people of the United States.

I love our history, our traditions, and our constitution.

I love the patriots that sacrificed so much for the small chance that we can have a little bit of the Kingdom of God on the earth. Not just the patriots who wore a uniform, but the countless others who simply got to work building the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of mankind.

What I cannot say I love right now is the federal government, most of the state governments, and many of the city and county governments. I cannot bear to look at the flag. It is supposed to be a symbol of the promise that we will mutually defend each other's God-given natural rights, but now it has become a different symbol. The same for those fallen states, whose governments are compromised by foreign entities who are trying to destroy us.

The only flag I feel comfortable flying nowadays is "An Appeal to Heaven". If you don't know what that flag means, look it up.

If the Stars and Stripes are to mean anything to me, it is perhaps the memory of something that was pretty awesome and something I'd like to help restore. In some ways, I wish we could forbid the current governments from flying it, as doing so is some great blasphemy.
