The solution is actually very simple. Home-school. Not a single conservative, FOR ANY REASON, should be putting their children in an academic institution.
Try to get involved in local politics, including school boards yourself, even if your kids aren't attending these schools so you can have an impact on policy. Write to all your elected officials about pushing a school choice bill that will reduce funding to public schools and give a tax subsidy to parents who choose to home-school.
Discuss politics with your children. Teach your children good moral values based on men like Aristotle and the Bible. Teach your children about the culture war going on and their place in it. Don't shy away from having the discussions because it's uncomfortable. If your kid is 12 years old they likely have already been exposed to porn, pedos, LGBTQ degradation, communism, etc... so it's important you guide your children along a morally virtuous path and don't let them "figure it out on their own" because that mentality is what the State and bad actors want from you so they have free reign to brainwash your children.

Only a pathetic State would require this. If your State requires this then I'd consider moving States.
Introduce a conservative teachers union to compete with the communist anti-child one we have now.
