This is real, it's from a performance on new years eve.

Can you provide a link? I'm having a hard time finding it.

It’s real but the quality has been degraded from the original so it looks semi-fake.

Haha you Trumpets are so stoopid. Everyone knows they weren’t using proper masks, that’s why so much carbon dioxide was visible. You ackshually should be wearing an N95 mask with a face shield more optimal protection from this super deadly pandemic.

/s if needed

Lol

This debate has already taken place. The branch covidians will claim they are attempting to stop aerosolized particles that contain the virus which they claim masks will catch.

They are not meant to stop the passage of air all together.

The covid reaction is bullshit, but this is a low iq argument against it.

What you see isn't air per se, but water particles suspended in air.

Caused by the difference in temps of the hot breath. Yes.

djcalligraphy [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's not what it is. When air is cooled beyond dew point, the water vapor begins to turn back into liquid. When you see your breath, you're seeing the the water particles freeze and then turn to liquid

What exactly do you think water vapor is, if not aerosolized water particles?

1
maleitch 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but they are claiming the masks filter out the virus in the aerosolized water particles. Don't get me wrong. Not defending it, just saying that is what the branch convidians respond with when shown this.

Masks don't work, but this video is not a good example of that. What you see coming through the mask is water vapor. Water molecules are orders of magnitude smaller than the virus or the droplets it exists in.

That's not even remotely correct. Fog/mist/vapor particles are 10-15 microns. The virus can be as small as 0.06 microns. The fact that you can see the vapor with your own eyes should have given this away.

Except what you are seeing is the moisture condensing after it hits the cold air outside of the mask.

That makes your point even less correct then. If it's 10-15 microns AFTER it condensed, that means it's bigger before it hits the cold air, and it's STILL getting through the mask lol. You tried to say the water particles were orders of magnitude smaller than a virus particle.

When vapor in the air condenses, the individual water molecules collect into a larger droplet, usually around some sort of particulate in the air.

Condenses into a larger droplet? 🤔

1
myswedishfriend 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, condenses from gas to liquid or solid (ice crystals).
