Except what you are seeing is the moisture condensing after it hits the cold air outside of the mask.

That makes your point even less correct then. If it's 10-15 microns AFTER it condensed, that means it's bigger before it hits the cold air, and it's STILL getting through the mask lol. You tried to say the water particles were orders of magnitude smaller than a virus particle.

When vapor in the air condenses, the individual water molecules collect into a larger droplet, usually around some sort of particulate in the air.
