I'll be honest, I think it 100% stems from embedded racism where the white man is always bad and thus any time something "doesn't go in favor of the White man", for lack of better phrasing, it is cause for celebration amongst those too smooth brained to see past their own self-defeating thoughts.
A lot of it stems from alternate history and education of black children both at home and in public schools.
