Badgers aren't domesticatable, and neither are foxes. That's not because of the English people, it's because not all species domesticate well.

Well. There is a kennel in Russia working on domesticated fox. You can actually buy one. Milage will vary, of course. Each generation of fox is more domesticated than the last, though. They're getting there.
