I've been going swimming in my backyard pool on any day it was warm enough (just re-opened it this past weekend) and I've noticed that not only do I feel healthier (and I've lost a bunch of weight) my mood is better.

Between the Vitamin D and just the nice de-stress of floating around for a bit listening to a podcast, I'm certainly happier.

Exactly. Plus, these people can't get off Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube long enough to walk outside.

In school for healthcare workers I was asked to do a discussion with other classmates about Covid "vaccine" hesitancy and how healthcare workers can help instill confidence in the public. I pointed to these cats about co-morbidities, vitamin D, the use of other therapeutics, VEARS reporting system and minimal trials with no known long term studies. I stated healthcare workers should never feel pressured to take something in order to influence others and put themselves at risk.

Everyone else cucked out and either stated how they got it and we're proud or didn't dive into actual facts. Bunch of tick toc losers. Makes me sick how we are taught think critically and question orders coming from above when things seem off and use evidence based practice and yet are told to blindly take the jab without caring about safety or efficacy in the long term. We are even taught about drug trials and lemgth of each phase but somehow no one thinks it's odd it was pushed from start to finish in 9months.. fucking sheep..

I laid out in sun, worked in the yard, stopped eating fast food, lost 40 lbs, and I totally died from covid and not healthier than ever.

My sister in LA gained 40 lbs, kept her kids indoors, still wears a mask when she goes through a Starbucks drive-thru every day, and refused to travel for our father's funeral (that was delayed for 6 months) because of the common cold, and is unhealthy as ever.

She literally asked me to move to cali. Lol.

I've got tons of friends and family that burned through all their savings not working. It's like they just lost a year of their life for no reason. Now they're financially screwed and have nothing to show for it.

What's worse is they rationalize it now. Rabid about the vaccine. Rabid about how Trump almost killed all of us.

I admit I went full prepper when Italy had a 10% fatality rate, but within weeks/months you could tell it was overblown and went back to normal life as much as possible.

Same. Initially we participated in the prep but as time moved on.. shit went 90% back to normal. In my area, people are finally taking off masks while the devote covidians are doubling up on them.

Spez: the best thing that has come out of this is actually my health. Shit, I'm wearing the same size pants I was wearing when I was 19. It's nice to not be a slob and being able to do a tuck and roll and jump a fence again.

not to mention, 80% of those hospitalized w/ the wu-wu were obese, often morbidly so.

"Vitamin D deficiency affects roughly 47 percent of Caucasians, 70 percent of Latinos, 72 percent of Native Americans and 83 percent of African Americans. Covid-19 has adversely affected African Americans because their skin is not adept to assimilate vitamin D efficiently. This is not a social disparity, as the media advertises."

I tested COVID + twice in a week July 2020. Literally spent 14 days outside in the sun, working out like crazy and partook in general all around fing off at a farm ranch all alone. I felt great the entire time. Lost my smell for 2 weeks. That was it. The sun was definitely great.

Vitamin “D”umb overdoses are blamed on mainstream media and tailored social media “news” feeds.

Eat your egg yolks, canned tuna, and mushrooms outside

I would say obesity tbh.

Obesity seems to be the big one.

We have been told to drink less milk and not go outside. So...

Also partly why there are less cases in the warmer months. In the winter most people should be taking a Vitamin D supplement.
