All they need to do is delete your account on their platforms for violating their constantly evolving Terms of Service and your free speech is gone and the rest of the Constitution becomes irrelevant. As more people put their lives online, the documents that guarantee freedoms in the real world become useless. You can have your Constitution and Bill of Rights, but if they go against the oligarchy's ToS, you're gone. That's why Antifa and BLM are effective, they are in the real world causing chaos and the "far right" are writing funny memes online and claim "we are winning". If the Right is winning, why is Biden still president?

When there's no penalty for breaking the People's law then there's no reason to follow it. The Constitution is meaningless if the People don't enforce it with threats of violence. The security forces of the state use threats of violence to make sure you follow their laws, so it only stands to reason the People should do the same to make sure they follow our laws.
Rights cannot be taken away. Privileges on the other hand.....
Antifa is only effective because the political and financial apparatus in place defending them had a century to spread.
