This is the Netflix Star Rating system all over again. Remember when they did away with that because "FUNNY WAMEN AMY SCHUMER" got fucking based the fuck out on a special with like a .5 or a 1 star rating right when it debuted? Even though Netflix pushed it and hailed it as the greatest fucking thing ever, it was just fucking horrrrrrrible. They got honest feedback on what they thought would be a slam dunk 4 or higher Star Rating with her special because it was geared towards a niche audience of women who like to brag about how big of a slut they are while stealing jokes from smarter and funnier male comedians. It didn't do good. So they immediately switched to the "Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down" rating system. Which still isn't that great for most of their shit. I've been too happy to go through and Thumbs Down every single "Netflix Original" movie, series, and standup special. They're all shit.
I've tried to cancel, but the wife insists we keep it because she watches some shows that are on there still. Which, fine, whatever. Saves me the fucking headache of hearing "I have nothing to watch" with our multiple streaming services I pay for and the hundreds of movies I've bought.
