It's obvious. They started out as male or female biologically and then transitioned into nothing.

I believe in Newspeak: it would mean they were assigned one of the binary genders at birth (male, female) and do not identify with either of the binary genders.

That would mean that in order to be trans-nonbinary rather than just non-binary the Star Wars universe would still be assigning a male or female gender at birth. If they were labeled non-binary at birth, they would not have to "trans" into non-binary.

So "binary supremacy" still exists in Star Wars obstetrics.
