The Algorithm is an add on, used as a way to hide the correction of numbers over time.
If Trump wouldn't have gotten so many votes, we would have never heard about this or known about it. However, since so many people came out to vote for him, they had to stop the counting in the states they knew they controlled.
In the New York Times data of PA, from the moment they stopped counting at 4am, there were around 260 more votes drops over the next 5 days. Before the counting stopped, a random pattern of Trump and Biden wins existed. However at 4am, Biden wins every single vote drop for 260 straight drops. But the difference is different every single time, which is the Algo hiding in plain site of the steal.
This is why PA kept finding votes, they knew the algorithm would need X Million more votes in order to "hide" the "steal".

They grab USB drives and sneak them off to be uploaded to Serbia
Serbia evaluates the data and determines how many more ballots are needed to hide the win

That's a solid take, but the guy I found on Dominion's LinkedIn page as an employee used to work for Us Army High Performance Computing, Did projects for the Department of Energy, and worked for United Technologies which was acquired by Raytheon. This guy wrote the book on machine learning on data sets to oversample the minority data set, while being undetectable.
You don't hide that kind of fire power in a company and not use it. Even the Lame Cherry blogger noted the Dominion Data Miner was in Serbia.
