Always be careful who and what you believe. Don’t even take my word for it, I have the unredacted Dominion manual and Antrim findings posted, give those a read."
That's a solid take, but the guy I found on Dominion's LinkedIn page as an employee used to work for Us Army High Performance Computing, Did projects for the Department of Energy, and worked for United Technologies which was acquired by Raytheon. This guy wrote the book on machine learning on data sets to oversample the minority data set, while being undetectable.
You don't hide that kind of fire power in a company and not use it. Even the Lame Cherry blogger noted the Dominion Data Miner was in Serbia.

Nekroziz knows a lot from technical point of view, because he is also an expert in that field. You have done a great job connecting the dots and people behind the system and dominion company. It is not that easy to dig out stuff about people, especially from other countries with different language.
I have always wondered why did the US deep state and the establishment need a foreign entity(to that an adversary) to rig its own election. But since you came up with a great deal of information that the mastermind behind the system is a foreigner, but he worked for the US military and technology interests for a long time it makes more sense. I would call it a covert operation group. Just like what the NSA did when they through CIA started a "swiss" telecommunication company to gather intel on european nations including Switzerland, Germany, France and so on. It was essentially a Switzerland company, but only on the outside, everything was run by the NSA and CIA.
Foreigners don't have the embedded sense of freedom and rights that you Americans have. If you tasked an American to steal an American election, they would end up like Snowden.

Im not american though. And Im sure you would find plenty of americans willing to rig the vote, well they did big in all swing states.
