It was essentially a Switzerland company, but only on the outside, everything was run by the NSA and CIA.
Foreigners don't have the embedded sense of freedom and rights that you Americans have. If you tasked an American to steal an American election, they would end up like Snowden.

Im not american though. And Im sure you would find plenty of americans willing to rig the vote, well they did big in all swing states.
