This is obviously my opinion. I truly believe that GEOTUS actually cares about the good people of the United States. I think that he probably seriously considered calling us to arms. But then he realized what actually would happen should he make that call. A lot of death and suffering. Maybe we'd have been successful and taken our country back. Maybe not. But I think he didn't want that on his conscience. Once he saw what was starting, and Ashli Babbitt was murdered, I think he blinked. I, for one, don't blame him. I do celebrate what he did accomplish, even if some of it is short-lived. I was proud of my President (and still am) for once in a very long time.
There were a lot of antifa double-agents in that capital. Invoking that plan would have probably been a mistake then. There was no process to vett patriots
