I don’t know who is correct here regarding legal strategy. Who does know? All I know is she didn’t cuck out like is being claimed. If she wanted to cuck out why did she sign the EO? The last thing I am going to believe is reactionary articles bashing her for her reasoned approach. She has remained consistent and doesn’t this EO prove that? The legislature can propose a new law that addresses her concerns. Why wouldn’t they do that?

Again, your position is that she's right, the legislature is wrong. But you provide no evidence besides her explanation. We should just believe her because she says so. Listen that's fine I just disagree. She could have also passed the bill and suggested an amendment to her legislature (you know the people who's job this is).

She literally said she was excited to sign it, then spent two weeks talking to donors and other bodies in the state. That's not made up its a fact. The end result of that was a Friday afternoon tweet thread. That's when people dump out bullshit they hope people will not notice or forget.
