I cant even find the facts about the trial. Its all "heres what you need to know", and "heres what to think", I have no idea other than today was day 2 of the trial and 2 more jurors were dismissed. Anyone have something not completely emtional BS heart strings? I just want to know some facts.
the 2 probably werent woke enough, or ignorant enough, or susceptible to emotional manipulation enough. Juries always have 14, two are back up. I suppose they were dismissed after more information came out about them.
Trial lawyers, look for people who they think they can emotionally sway towards their side, and people who wouldnt know the details of what happened.
This is why lawyers almost always dismiss jurors in a technical field, those are more interested in things such as facts, than people. Facts like Floyd had a blood concentration of fentanyl 3 standard deviations above the level that would kill the average man. And meth, and weed, and nicotine, and he had a long untreated heart condition....and gasp.... covid. And the autopsy report documented the very thorough investigation of suspected suffocation by looking for bruising on the chest, neck, throat, and face but found nothing but a few surface level scratches on his face. The doctor doing the autopsy cut layers and layers and examined each one, like a visual MRI and found nothing. None of that matters to emotional swayed people, but it matters 100% to someone technical minded.
They also dismiss people who would have an understanding of the details in the case. In this case specifically they would never keep a doctor juror, or a EO juror. Those people would know more about the situation than the lawyers and wouldnt be susceptible to emotional manipulation via ignorance.
I have not checked but I believe the jury pool is more than 13% black, and more than 50% women. Women are easily emotionally swayed. Blacks they assume would more likely be biased against Chauvin
I watched a little of Crowders live stream of the trial and heard the angle the prosecuting lawyer was going for. The prosecution absolutely wants women, soyboys, and biased blacks on the jury. Its his only chance to win an emotional verdict victory.
They were dismissed after admitting to the court that they had read about the cities civil settlement with Floyd's family. The judge asked them if that would influence their deliberations and to their credit, they admitted that it would so they were dismissed.
I believe there will be at least one juror that holds for an aquittal. There is definitely a push for guilty everywhere. I would imagine everyone is worried about him getting off and shtf.
They've burned the country down already, every one of those jurors will be attacked if hes not guilty and I cant see how this can be considered a fair trial.
It's all a sham. I am looking forward to him being found not guilty and watching the chimp out happen

I watched that same live stream and the prosecutor was lying to emotionally manipulate the jury the second he opened his mouth.
