Resulting variants that work on vaccinated people would not seem to have more particular risk than another variant to a non-vaccincated person, I'd expect. He didn't give any data-backed science to support his assertion.
And TBF, the vaccine smooth brains are talking about doing yearly injections, partially for different variants and partly because of a loss of immune memory over time.
And no, not arguing for the vaccine. Might be losing my job soon for refusal to get one. But we shouldn't support inaccurate reasons to avoid the vaccine. Those get turned into reverse propaganda where they associate vaccine refusal with conspiracy theorists and it gives them something easy to debunk. They can use it as a straw man to avoid the real arguments.
