They shot and buried a lot of them instead. There's contemporary footage available. It did happen.
even a smoke stack that is shown as part of an incinerator is bullshit, i forget which camp but the chimney isnt even attached to the building, photos proved it was built by the russians after the war.
Which photographs? Just that contemporary photographs of Auschwitz crematoria do show chimneys.
Given the attempts by the SS to destroy evidence, such as e.g. demolishing incinerators, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Russia rebuilt one to show how it was beforehand.
