Why don’t American businesses that are typically conservative (blue collar, oilfield, whatever) start securing H1B’s for Canadians who want to move there? There is so much wasted skill and talent up here and most of us would give an arm and a leg for a chance to live in Texas. Use the immigration system to stack the deck against the liberals instead of whining about it.
