The infrastructure bill is just the excuse to raise taxes. Taxes had to be raised because crippling America is the fucking goal after all. They thought about tying it to covid but that didn't fly (wait, so the 1400 is coming out of taxes?) people were starting to think.
"Think of the children" wouldn't work on this scale, so it's about infrastructure - over ten years (but taxes now) and who cares since those infrastructure projects are just the same kick backs by another name.
