Is he a perfect embodiment of our movement? No. Does he unfairly criticize Trump at times in a very leftist manner? Yes and I hate it. Does he believe the election was stolen despite mountains of evidence? No and I hate that too.

But is he correct on issues the vast majority of the time? Yes. Is he slowly amassing a giant conservative entertainment media conglomerate to finally fight against the left wing media base? Yes. Is he redpilling people left and right while regularly shitting savagely on leftists? Hell yes.

I get that Shapiro isn’t the 100% America First media mogul we need. But he’s damn close and I feel like making him out as a “leftist ally” and “enemy” is a step too far.

Stormfags hate him. I dislike his establishment views. He is a globalist. He does great combating the lefts Marxism stupidity which helps red-pill. Outside of that, his views are like Romney.

Pretty good summary. I hate stormfags and always call them out, but Ben sucks even without touching the zionist part. Hes a milque toast "conservative" in the worse sense of the word in that he has this dorky, autism, detached, technocratic worldview where he sees people as nothing more than numbers on a spread sheet. Going on the zionist part, hes pretty horrible on that aspect too. He wrote an article a while back where he straight up calls for Israel to just steam roll and take over the entire levant by just ethnically cleansing any Palestinians or arab-muslims in the way.

Hes pretty good on calling out SJW shit, but thats the standard now. Its like hes still stuck in 2016 and isnt able to grow with the changing political landscape and by now he has more marks against him than for him.

I had a roommate in college from Palestine. He was a hysterical leftist and my views of Palestine are tilted as a result. They seem to blame everyone and always play victim. He was a member of pro-Palestine group and they would rob you blind and blame you for it. I have no compassion for them I know every country has shitting political groups and movements, including Israel.

Ben seems to be a Bush-era pundit that sits on the fence on major American First policy but he bends over backwards for globalist.

Tucker has actual insight, at times, a coherent world view and models some basic persuasion tactics. Benjis a NOPE in all three areas.

I hear you and mostly agree but my overall point is that the good he does for our movement far outweighs the bad. That’s my only point.

He keeps us divided are critical points that are hurting the country. Would we be better off without Shapiro? Probably not. He does help red-pill but we have many Shapiros out there now.

I keep hearing iterations of "give him a break because mUh rEd pILlS". Ive never been offered evidence that anyone who claims Benji red pilled them wouldn't have been red pilled by someone else whose red pills didn't include so much poison. Bottom line every pied piper has to dispense enough perceived "red pills" to gain the trust of their prey. Its the poison content that's key and the lethality of the poison. In my assessment, Benji is a well paid, carefully groomed assassin. Candy red pills do not distract me from the many poison pills he's peddled over a long period of time. Its puzzling to read comments that seem so blaise about his lethality.

That's the gold standard, now? "His good outweighs his bad"? Pathetic, if true.

Isn't that the case for literally everyone? Nobody is purely good. Everyone, including Trump, has their faults. Unless you're advocating for an authoritarian regime, we're always going to need to look for the folks who bring a net positive.

Benji does not offer a net positive unless you're scoring from Cult Deaths perspective.

I mean he can argue circles around clueless college that regurgitate propaganda like a champ....

Fan bois clap. No one else is persuaded. Performative cruelty and humiliation "entertainment" for nerds. Guilt free. Participation proves superior smarts and higher principles. Benji said so and his wife's a doctor and he's super smart and oh yeah, he went to Harvard so I beLIEve him. Sigh.

Since nobody on earth is perfect, I’d say that’s everyone’s gold standard.

Cozette -2 points ago +1 / -3

Yea Hillary? Welcome Joe? Howdy Harris? Nobody is perfect so everyone gets a pass? Whew, the strain of making critical evaluations and judgments narrowly averted. Thank God for platitudes.

You should be able to disagree with someone and not write them off entirely. The right is not the left and should encourage debate and not be tempted to shut people up who say things we don't like.

2
King_Kek 2 points ago +2 / -0

I didn't say that I'd write him off entirely. You did.

I didn't say that he should shut up. You did.

By the way, the commies are now firmly in control of this county and it's culture. Yet you say we should continue to "encourage debate." How's that been working out for us?

How nice to hear you are open to Hillary. And Obama. And soooo many others. For what its worth I don't bother with Benji after doing lengthy research on him icluding watching shows/reading articles. He has ZERO to offer that's of any value or I can't get from someone else with far greater intelligence, experience, education, wit and/or charisma. Plus he includes toxic disinformation constantly. I can not trust him. Why anyone wastes any time on him with so much going on and so many authentic options is a mystery. A frightening one.

"Our movement"? What movement is that? If you're referring to Trumps vision and the MAGA movement then Benji is an existential threat to both Trump and MAGA. Has been for years. Benjis was left behind enemy lines where he could do maximum damage when more senior operatives were unmasked, lost their followers and influence in conservative normie world and migrated to Democrat World where they could inflict damage as MSM " conservative " talking heads. Think Bill Kristol, Max Boot, French. Jennifer Rubin.

Benji, being second string, wasn't as publically damaged during the "conservative" battle to destroy Trump and elect Hillary. This allowed him to stay behind enemy lines, rehab his reputation and retain influence with "muh Trump did this good thing bUt..." Mind poisoning marketed as being objective. WeRe nOt a cUlT gUyS. WeRe tOo sMaRt aNd pRiNvIpLeD tO bE bLiNd fOlLoWeRs oR cUlTiSts lIkE TrUmPs MAGA BrOs. Accepting then parroting disinformation marketed as proof of superior intelligence and principled virtue. Lmao. Clever. Evil. Effective.

I will take your word. I've been off work this week so any stormfag stuff is new to me. We never had this issue on TD/Reddit. I joined td win a week before the move and stepped away after it happened. How are the mods? They seem kinda green.

1
refresco 1 point ago +2 / -1

The mods aren't bad. But the amount of "DA JOOOS" content lately is less than desirable.

I know pray for kek is good. Seems they have brought on a lot of new mods. I guess they are getting trained. I came here one day and left after I saw the stickies. All MSM outlets linked with race and tranny shit. Meanwhile our country is being invaded. Utter shame. Hopefully they get up to speed and kick out the faggots.

Banal bogey man. Muh sToRmFaGs. "Anyone who disagrees with Benji fan bois is a nazeeeeeee". Time for a dose of MSM programming?

Cozette 1 point ago +2 / -1

Red pill? Perhaps you imagine because you enjoy Benjis "interactions" with leftists that hes persuasive and his techniques should be emulated? In fact hes teaching how to NEVER be able to persuade reachables but rather how to kill and humiliate them in ways satisfying to his fans. Without guilt of course, they're red killing attempts after all. Libtards are just too stupid to take them. So its OK to punish them. Guilt free glee. Gladiator fights for nerd bros who imagine debate club scoring represents the real word. He's doing everyone a huuuuge disservice and furthering our divides. Unnecessarily. Knowingly. Cruelly.

What you say makes sense. I haven't watched Shapiro in a while. Back in the day, he would have interviews, public speaking appearances, soft debate with a host asking questions that led to Q & A at the end that led to humiliation.

There is a science to breaking through to radicals. It starts by giving them something to chew on. This leads to them coming back and attacking with questions and their facts. Humiliation could be a way to tap the mind of hard core know-it-alls in college. I've seen various styles and Ben has his own way. The person walks away angry. Peterson does it gently and the person receiving his response doesn't grasp his rebuttal immediately. It requires them to piece his response together which could cause confusion. Unless of course it is documented.
