Well there is precedent for "Public Accommodations" and there are discrimination laws against Public Accommodations like the ADA of 1990. If stores deny entry due to requiring us to disclose our medical history to them it might be unconstitutional based on the Precedent

Oh God it's a state level decision. I gotta move.

But in honest discussion, it's a state level decision but an individuals right to privacy must be respected by the state in these decisions. It's why so many abortion laws are fought in federal courts still to this day, we as a country are working on that balance. I cannot imagine a court that throws away the right to privacy and all hippa laws over a controversial vaccine. But at the same time I thought Texas could sue Georgia so who knows.

gee thats great, constitutionally protected. That wont stop businesses from mandating it to use their services, after all they are private companies, they can do what they want, right?
