Excuse me but how and why the fuck is the CDC making housing policy decisions? The CDC extended the eviction moratorium. In what world do they have the authority to do so? I thought it was part of the "rescue plan" in Congress, but a pede just enlightened me otherwise.

What the fuck? The CDC has NO legal authority to do ANYTHING but advise on health issues, and they don't even do that well.
