If so, why? They openly support a pedophile and a party that supports and encourages pedophilia.

I’ve started to question people that are even friends with Dems. Too many sickos out there.

I lived in a wonderful neighborhood for almost 20 yrs. Everybody helping ea other. The more vocal ones were Dems and the rest just kept quiet. Then two yrs ago one old guy died of stomach cancer. Then a few months later some 90 yos (Dems) moved to a 55+ condo. Then, the widow moved to OR where she has to battle forest fires. Then a 3rd couple (Dems) moves away (to OR) bec the others did. Now last month the old guy next door (Dem) died in his sleep. Plus in between a third old couple moved away to CO (not Dems) bec he had a stroke and she broke her hip.

So when Covid came I was pretty much on my own without my support group. I tried to keep in touch but I quickly learned that we really had nothing in common....they are pro mask and keep to themselves in their marijuana high fence neighborhood...There was no getting through to them by last summer about the covid facts.

So now I just keep to myself mostly...I’ve always been a loner so it is not too much of a hardship. But we used to have great parties and comraderie.

Things change. Life goes on. Our lives didnt used to be governed by politics but the Dems made it so. Now everything is political

Your last sentence is so right. Everything is political, it seems.

Great share. My wife feels the same, but she's home bound. I work with conservatives, and live in a 48 unit condo of mostly dems

I am. And she's been my closest friend for 30 years. Until Trump. I'd love to see a discussion, here, to see if any body else is at a crossroads with a long term friend. We've been drifting apart for 2+ years and it's a drag. However, it's becoming hard to endure her stupidity and blatant disregard for this country - although, she'd tell you she endured mine for 4 years under the Bad Orange Man's Reign of Terror.

My best of 30 years we say “I hate Biden” “I hate Trump” we leave it at that. Although she dates a Republican and I think he is turning her around...I’m never changing her and I love her for everything she is other than that. I won’t let some person who is part of a machine affect my relationship with someone who means so much! There are so many things in life we need support about that I don’t want to lose such a beautiful human. Maybe she wasn’t as great if a friend as you thought she was.

I had to lose one of my best friends from college- she was even a bridesmaid in my wedding. Eventually she reached this point where she wouldn’t talk about anything but “feminism”— and so clearly looked down on me for my shameful choice of getting married young(ish), even though she also constantly bitched about not being able to find a guy. Once she thought I wasn’t fun anymore after becoming a mom (she would constantly cancel our plans when something better— aka staying out all night drinking— came up) I finally decided to just cut her out of my life completely. I can deal with someone who has a different view of what makes life fulfilling, but I can’t deal with someone who wants to just ignore my son’s existence; especially when all of my other conservative/moderate friends absolutely love him and play with him more than talk to me when they come over.

I have left friends (not too extreme) but when they discuss politics and recent changes, they agree with the right wing taking points.

I try to point it out to them them but they go 'I'm not one of those darm Trump supporters rag rah'

I also think some of my friends know they're right wing but are also too afraid to say it.

Nope, fuck 'em all. Both our family's are right. And now all our friends are too. No time or energy to waste on fuck faces who don't listen. We used to have a few we didn't know they were socialist fucks until shit got more "intense" one's a fat fuck gay teacher, and the others a soy boy loser who lives off his rancher parents.

Just 1, he's actually not a bad guy just horrifically retarded. I would fuck him up in texts, but I haven't heard from him in a month... Maybe he ate a bullet after getting red pilled, poor fella.
